You acknowledge and agree that your use of DLOD is at your sole risk. DLOD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for personal injury, property damage, loss of profits, or any other intangible losses arising from interactions facilitated by our platform.
Contractors are solely responsible for verifying the insurance coverage (including Workers' Compensation) of any laborer they engage. DLOD provides no insurance coverage whatsoever.
Laborers are solely responsible for their own personal safety and for reporting all income and paying applicable taxes to the relevant authorities.
DLOD is not a party to any agreement reached between users. We do not guarantee payment, nor do we intervene in disputes between parties. By using this app, you agree to waive any claims against DLOD related to work arrangements found through our service.
